0x98 - Left Fence Height Change (Track Section Command)
This command changes the height of the track-side fence on the left-hand side.
The height indicates the height at the start of the track section where the command is placed. This means that the height change will occur in the track section previous to the one with this command.

Examples
In this example, the fence height is changed from 1 to 8 (the highest possible without using the 0x9A Custom fence height command)
Since the previous section is only 2 TLUs long, the height increase is very sharp.
