0x88: Pit Lane Garages, Left-hand Side (Track Section Command)
This command is placed early in the pit lane to draw the “garages” (black boxes) on the bottom half of the pit building.
Note that 0x88 is only used for tracks that have the pit lane and garages on the left-hand side. For tracks with the pits on the right-hand side, 0x89 is used instead.

Notes
Decreasing the number of drawn garages does not seem to affect the functionality of the pit lane. All slots are still functional.
In the following image, the argument for the number of garages has been decreased from 18 to 10, meaning that the final 8 garages are not drawn.
