0x81 - Display Distance Backwards (Track Section Command)
This command is used to change the display distance looking backwards, e.g. when using the external camera looking back on a car.
By reducing the display distance, fewer far away objects are drawn, which means less stress on slower computers.

Notes
This is never used in the pit lane track sections.
The default pit lane display distance is set elsewhere.
