0x81 - Display Distance Forwards (Track Section Command)
This command is used to change the display distance looking forward.
By reducing the display distance, fewer far away objects are drawn, which means less stress on slower computers.
Arguments

Notes
This is never used in the pit lane track sections.
The default pit lane display distance is set elsewhere.
